RIX Industries Donates 2PS-H Compressor to Non-Profit Hospital in Peru
RIX Industries is proud to announce its most recent donation of a 2PS-H compressor to Diospi Suyana, a non-profit mission hospital in Peru. Since 2007, the hospital has treated over 200,000 patients with quality care. Due to the influx of patients and increased capacity at the hospital, RIX has supplied the hospital with a 2PS-H Oxygen Booster. This RIX Oxygen Booster is specifically designed to help handle this increase in current demand on the existing hospital system.
The Diospi Suyana mission hospital is made possible by a devoted staff of an international group of doctors and nurses led by Drs. Klaus-Dieter and Martina John. This modernmission hospital provides medical care to some of the poorest Indians of southern Peru. “We at RIX Industries are grateful to give back to this community on a global level,” says Eric Zensius, Engineering Sales Representative at RIX Industries. “We are inspired by the work done at Diospi Suyana, and we wish them increased success with their outreach to those in need.”
The 2PS-H high pressure oxygen compressor is engineered specifically for safe and reliable gas compression of oxygen and other clean, dry gases. The 2PS-H compressor is a two stage, two cylinder, oil-less reciprocating compressor, with air-cooled cylinders and heat exchanges. The crankshaft utilizes sealed bearings and the compression cylinders are dry lubricated with Teflon based piston rings. Service life of this system is considerably long and reliable with little maintenance required.
