With Field Service Representatives located throughout the country, RIX provides support to many places worldwide. We are continually working to enhance the support of our products and have recently opened a new repair center in the Norfolk, VA area, which along with our San Diego facility, will allow RIX to provide 24/7 support to our military customers.

RIX Industries maintains an extensive inventory of spare parts and our experienced Parts Sales Staff can assist you with anything that has been built by RIX. Common parts are available for same day shipment.
