Since our inception, it has been our mission to meet and exceed the requirements of our customers by continually striving to achieve and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and support. With Field Service Representatives located throughout the country, RIX provides support to many places worldwide. We are continually working to enhance the support of our products and have recently opened a new repair center in the Norfolk, VA area, which along with our San Diego facility, will allow RIX to provide 24/7 support to our military customers.

Replacement Parts

RIX Industries maintains an extensive inventory of spare parts and our experienced Parts Sales Staff can assist you with anything that has been built by RIX. Common parts are available for same day shipment.

RIX Industries is unwavering in its pursuit of producing factory original replacement parts manufactured to technical specifications unparalleled in the high pressure compressor industry. The rigid quality standards followed within ISO 9001:2000 quality processes and soon to be AS9100 quality processes, coupled with uncompromising adherence to factory material composition and specs, assures the consumer confidence that cannot be duplicated by aftermarket manufacturing.
