MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET REQUIRED

Clause:

Provide a complete and accurate Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), OSHA Form 174, or equivalent, which identifies the chemicals by the Chemical Abstract Numbering System (CAS) as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200, for all hazardous ingredients in excess of 1.0% by weight or 0.1% by weight for carcinogenic materials. A copy of MSDS shall be furnished with each shipment. MSDS shall include our Purchase Order Number, Item Number, and/or Newport News Part Number (NNPN), when applicable, on each sheet. Each container and/or item(s) shall also be conspicuously labeled in accordance with the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard. Failure to supply a MSDS or to properly label containers may be cause for rejection or withholding of payment.
