Clause:

The inspections and tests indicated by the following subparagraphs are subject to HARRIS Source Inspection when they are included as part of the Purchase Order. Supplier shall notify the HARRIS Purchasing Department 5 days prior to the required inspection. HARRIS reserves the right to perform in-process inspections and/or audits at any time during the life of this Order.
