COMBATING TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS

Clause:

If any portion of the Bidder’s proposal has an actual or estimated value that exceeds $500,000 and that portion is for supplies (excluding the value of commercially available off-the-shelf items) to be acquired outside the United States or for services to be performed outside the United States, Bidder shall complete, execute and return X37101 Certification Regarding Combating Trafficking in Persons prior to subcontract award. If an award is made, Bidder shall also be responsible for executing an annual recertification throughout the contract period of performance by completing Boeing’s On-Line Annual Representations and Certifications accessible through the Supplier Portal.
