Bidder shall complete and submit Boeing Form X33647, “Advance Content Notification /Supplier Foreign Content Report”, with information relating to any subcontract beingconsidered by Bidder that contains non-U.S. products or services in excess of $100,000.Buyer reserves the right to evaluate Bidder’s proposed non-U.S. content as a factor inBuyer’s evaluation of Bidder’s proposal and commitment to support industrialparticipation obligations that Buyer may have accepted as a requirement for the sale ofend products to non-U.S. customers related to the Goods to be provided under anyContract resulting from this solicitation.
