SPECIAL TOOLING AND/OR SPECIAL TEST EQUIPMENT

Clause:

If the contemplated procurement will require the use of special tooling or special testequipment which is not presently in the Bidder's possession, Bidder shall submit an itemized, priced listing of such tooling or special test equipment. Should the Bidder have Government owned special tooling or Special test equipment in their possession suitable for use on the Purchase Contract/Order contemplated by this solicitation, Bidder shall comply with the provisions of Buyer Clause A400 in the Bidder's solicitation response.
