The "Equipment Test Report" shall include all data (numerical and/or graphical) necessary to verify that each component meets the performance criteria specified by this purchase order. Report shall be maintained at your facility and made available to the purchaser upon request. The test report format shall include the contract, PO & item, component serial number, and the annotation / satisfaction of all CD sheet service points.
