QUANTITY: THREE (3) COPIES
Correlation List - List shall identify all castings/welds that require radiographic/
ultrasonic inspection in assemblies (such as pumps, hoist and turbines) that have
multiple castings/welds, some of which are inaccessible after assembly.
Correlation List is to contain the following information as a minimum:
What the part is in the assembly (Body, sleeve, coupling, bonnet etc.)
(include the applicable drawing and item numbers)
Identify any RT and/or UT performed
Traceability: Heat number, corresponding RT numbers to Heat and unit serial
numbers.
Specific application: (castings, forgings, welds, etc.)
