REQUIREMENTS CONSUMPTION REVIEW (RCR)

Clause:

Buyer’s cross-functional team may conduct a Requirements Consumption Review (RCR)with Seller to establish confidence that Seller understands contract and engineeringrequirements imposed on this contract. The goal of the RCR is to deploy a collaborativetool for earlier supplier engagement to ensure the successful execution of contract and/ortechnical requirements.If a RCR is deemed required by Buyer, Buyer’s Supplier Quality Representative and/orprocurement agent will communicate and coordinate with Seller to schedule the RCR asan early involvement activity, intended to be performed prior to start of manufacturingand/or servicing of goods.Seller shall make records of contract requirements review, production planning, trainingand any other applicable records readily available at time of RCR. Buyer reserves theright to review Seller’s flow-down of contract and engineering requirements to Seller’ssubcontractor(s).
