MEASURING EQUIPMENT CALIBRATION CERTIFICATION

Clause:

Certificate of calibration and supporting test report/data sheet shall be supplied thatincludes:1. Name of organization performing the calibration.2. Identification of the equipment calibrated.3. Date of the calibration.4. Accuracy as found (specific data required if out of tolerance).5. Accuracy as returned (specific data or reference to applicable manufacturer'sspecifications required).6. Calibration sources' (standards) identification and calibration status.7. Supporting test report/data sheet identification.8. Pertinent environmental conditions of the calibration.9. Purchase order number.10. A statement that the standards used for the calibration are traceable toAmerican National Standards, and that all standards and calibration processesemployed are in accordance with one of the following: ANSI/NCSL Z540-1,ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 10012, ISO GUIDE 25, OR NAVAIR 17-35QAC-01.The certificate shall be signed by an authorized representative.
