Marotta source inspection is required.Note: Notify the Marotta purchasing agent a minimum of 5 working days prior to date of inspection availability. Notification shall reference Marotta P.O. number, quantity for inspection, inspection type and contact name and number. Marotta source inspection report shall accompany shipment to Marotta.
