Clause:

This contract is for rework, repair or replacement of Goods rejected for nonconformity as stated within the nonconformance record(s) referenced as part of this clause. Sellers packing sheet or attachment thereto shall make reference to the nonconformance record number(s) and include a description of the rework and repair action(s) accomplished or statement of replacement to resolve the nonconformity. If rework, repair or replacement action(s) are performed by other than Seller, the description of action accomplished will include the company name and address that performed the action(s).
