The digital source data shall be submitted onWindows compatible cd-rom or dvd disk. The vendor shall supply the aboveinformation in Adobe searchable Portable Document Format (*.pdf), which are notpassword protected or security enabled. If pdf format is not available, develop filesusing Microsoft Word or in Rich Text Format. Drawings shall be submitted in thefollowing vector file formats: *.dwg, or an electronic format mutually agreed uponbetween the vendor and Newport News Shipbuilding. Before developing or shippingelectronic source files, contact AMSEC LLC to verify compatibility with their computersoftware applications. Internet addresses shall be provided if they exist for sourceinformation regarding the equipment supplied on this purchase order (vendor webpages, FAQ sheets, technical support, and points of contact).
