Clause:

If a US Government Contract Number is called out on the face of the Purchase Order, the supplier shall only use raw materials that are IAW DFAR Clause 252.225-7008 "Preference for Domestic Specialty Metals Alt. 1" Metals must have been melted in the United States, it's outlying areas or a Qualifying Country listed in DFARS 225-872-1. These instructions must be flowed down to all sub-tier suppliers. Compliance Certification shall accompay product shipped to L3 Harris.
