NOTIFICATION OF RECEIVED NONCONFORMANCE RECORD (NCR)

Clause:

Upon receipt of a 0107 charge NCR from Buyer’s Authorized Procurement Representative, Seller shall immediately notify the Buyer’s Source Quality Representative that normally services your facility for the affected goods. Seller will provide a copy of each 0107 charged NCR to the Buyer’s Source Quality Representative if so requested.
