Clause:

In the event Goods delivered on this purchase contract are rejected and returned by the buyer to the seller and the seller is unable to confirm the reported failure, the seller shall provide the following to the buyer and hold shipment pending buyer disposition: 1. Purchase contract number 2. Part number 3. Serial number(s) 4. Buyer's rejection form number 5. Applicable test procedures 6. Results of special tests performed by seller 7. Seller's certification that test procedure used to verify the failure identified by the buyer was adequate to detect those failures. Seller to provide number and revision of test procedure(s) used.
