PROCESS AND MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS

Clause:

Seller shall comply with Process and/or Material Specifications as set forth in this contract and shall, at a minimum, update the specifications to the latest revisions, as set forth in PSDS, at the beginning of each calendar year; provided that such update is madeat no additional cost to the Buyer. If any update may have a cost/price or schedule impact, the Seller must submit a proposal for such cost/price or schedule impact to the Buyer's Authorized Purchasing Representative. Seller shall not incorporate any such change before receiving direction of the Buyer's Authorized Purchasing Representative in the form of a Purchase Change Order (PCO).
