Description:

Previously Rejected Items - Supplier shall note on returned shipping docs when items have been reworked, replaced or repaired.

Clause:

Supplier shall note on return shipping documents for items that HARRIS has previously rejected whether these items have been reworked, replaced or repaired. Repairs shall not be performed without prior written approval from HARRIS. Note: Supplier shall perform a full ATP and visual/mechanical inspection on each returned item unless abbreviated testing has been authorized by the HARRIS in advance.
