Clause:

Seller shall maintain a FOD prevention program in accordance with National Aerospace Standard NAS412, Foreign Object Damage/Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Prevention or Aerospace Standard AS9146, Foreign Object Damage (FOD) Prevention Program -Requirements for Aviation, Space, and Defense Organizations. Whenever and/or wherever FOD entrapment or foreign objects can migrate, Seller shall ensure that applicable FOD requirements are flowed down to Seller's subcontractors at eve1y level. The Seller shall define and implement a FOD prevention program, including FOD prevention training, reporting of FOD incidents, and generation of FOD metrics.In the event the Supplier cannot maintain a FOD program in accordance with the above-mentioned standards, Harris shall be contacted to review effectivity
