AUTO PAY PROVISIONS

Clause:

Notwithstanding the general terms and conditions of this contract regarding invoice and payment, Seller shall not submit invoices to Buyer for payment except as noted below. Buyer will make payment for the quantity of material received on Seller's tender of delivery, using purchase order unit price and unit of measure. For payment of progress payment billings or non-recurring items on this order, Seller shall submit invoices in accordance with directions contained in the general terms and conditions and any special conditions pertaining to progress payments in this contract. Questions pertaining to the policy or payments should be directed to the Buyer Procurement Agent.
