DELIVERY SCHEDULE EXTENSIONS

Clause:

Seller agrees that in the event Buyer finds it necessary to direct extensions to the Contract delivery schedule , any such extension shall be accepted by Seller at no increase in contract price, provided that such extension does not exceed four (4) months. In the event such delivery schedule extension exceeds four (4) months, Seller may request an equitable adjustment in accordance with the Contract’s Changes clause, but only for the period in excess of four (4) months.
