Clause:

If any portion of the Bidder’s proposal has an actual or estimated value that exceedsthe threshold indicated in FAR 52.222-56(b)(2), and that portion is for supplies(excluding the value of commercially available off-the-shelf items) to be acquired outsidethe United States or for services to be performed outside the United States, Bidder shallcomplete, execute and return X37101 Certification Regarding Combating Trafficking inPersons prior to subcontract award. If an award is made, Bidder shall also be responsiblefor executing an annual recertification throughout the contract period of performance bycompleting Boeing’s On-Line Annual Representations and Certifications accessiblethrough the Supplier Portal
