Water-Cooled
Industrial Compressors (35 to 500 HP)
RIX's
water-cooled compressors come in a variety of non-lube configurations
for hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, air, and other gases. Most
of these designs are vertical and very compact, and they run
very slow. This slow running, along with the excellent water
cooling, make these very long-lived compressors with low maintenance
requirements. That's why they are used so often in critical
situations at air separation plants, on Navy ships, at refineries,
and in process plants. Extra-long distance piece separation
and vented/purged gas packings ensure clean gas at the discharge.

3KX is a three or four-stage boost to higher pressures.
Design can accommodate dangerous gases. Used to capture
boil-off and compress high-purity gases. |

Our
2JS is a very versatile frame. Low pressure and high flows
or high pressures with low flows. Many U.S. Navy and industrial
O2 units in service, as well as refinery applications. |

Our 3J is usually designed
for higher pressures (to 7,000 psig) in three or four stages. Used for argon, helium,
oxygen and other gases. Smooth running and stout.

Our 2DS3 is a high flow unit
with large cylinders. Mostly 1-3 stages to moderate pressures for oxygen, itrogen
and hydrogen. |
