RIX offers complete on-site Field Service through a
wide network of RIX FS Representatives.
Our
services include:
- Start-up
- Troubleshooting
- Repair
- Overhaul
- Re-rates
and Upgrades
- Testing
In
addition to our excellent network of RIX Service reps, we
also contract with several service companies that are authorized
to service and repair RIX products. See the Service Agencies
below.
Overhaul/Repair
- We
offer on-site and in-shop overhaul/repair service. Our services
include:
- Basic
gas side overhauls
- Class
A (Return to New)
- Class
B (Replace all Wearing Parts)
- Class
C (Repair broken or damaged items and test)
- Component
Repairs
- Pistons
- Valves
- Cylinders
and Liners
- Control
Systems
- Safeties
- Etc.
For
a quotation on any of these services fill out the questionnaire
in the Parts Area, and indicate what service you would need.
In most cases we can have a quote to you within 24 Hours.

RIX can service out of it’s two plants in Benicia, California
and Sparks, Nevada, or we can use a local service agency (see
